Below we have some sizing guides for different categories of kit to help you make better decisions.
CRICKET BATS
Your cricket bat is very important.
If you get a bat that is heavy or big, it can be hard to swing quickly while remaining balanced.
Junior Bats range from Size 0 to Harrow.
And Adult Bats are usually Short Handle.

batting pads
Sometimes you might miss the ball with your bat while it’s hurtling towards your body.
So having the right sized protective equipment will give you confidence when being hit by the ball.
Please see our table below for recommended ‘generic’ batting pad sizes.
Your measurement should be taken from the middle of your knee cap down to the instep/where the tongue of your shoe would sit.

Batting Gloves
Ideally you hit the ball every single time.
Sometimes the ball bounces up unexpectedly, or you may miss that outrageous scoop shot you’re trying to play.
Your hands need protection, they are precious.
Your measurement should be taken from the start of your wrist to the tip of your longest finger, in a straight line.

WIcket keeping pads
Let’s say the captain asks you to come up to the stumps as a wicket keeper.

Cricket Helmets
Your head is your most important part of your body.
So it makes sense to protect it.
Having a helmet that fits securely will help you maximise protection.
Too small and it will be uncomfortable, too big and it will move around, obstruct sight, and potentially fall off!
The measurement should be taken around the circumference of your head to determine the correct size.
